Pagibaximab bulk drug substance was manufactured for Biosynexus by a major pharmaceutical company headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.

Biosynexus successfully completed a Phase 2a trial with 88 enrolled very low birth weight (VLBW) infants drawn from 17 neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) in the United States. The study confirmed safety, linear pharmacokinetics and bactericidal activity in infant serum of the antibody.
